Privacy Policy

We respect your right to privacy. We do not believe that gathering information on you is respectful. Therefore, we are doing our best to keep this site free of data collection, especially for financial or marketing purposes.

Browse our website and download a brochure safe in the knowledge that we are not asking for any personal information whatsoever: we will not store cookies on your browsing device either. However, once we enter into correspondence with you (either by email or on the form here on our website), we can’t provide you with a fantastic service unless we keep a record of that. Rest assured that it stays in the email of the person with whom you’re corresponding, usually our wedding planners. If we have any reason to keep a physical copy of information about you or your wedding, this is kept in a locked area to which only our wedding planners have access.

For weddings past and future, we retain data on the wedding planners’ personal computers/devices and some physical data in files. Physical files are kept in the locked area referred to above and we use up-to-date cyber-security software to protect electronic information. Your information will never be shared by us with third parties unless our staff or contractors need to know it in order to carry out services requested by you. We are happy to tell you any personal information we hold about you at your request.

When the wedding is over, the information is kept for reference (for example, if we want to use again someone who supplied that wedding) but if the couple ask for its deletion/destruction then we’ll do that.

Remember that other sites you may access through ours may not be so respectful of your privacy: we can’t be responsible for their practice and we recommend that you check their policies separately.

By using our services and website, you agree to this privacy policy.

We’ve done our best to make sure that all the information you read here is both accurate and up-to-date. Sometimes we may have to change things on our website, of course, and we reserve the right to do that whenever necessary.

Our website has one purpose only: to give you information about Old Michelmersh Farm (owned by Old Michelmersh Farm Trust Ltd), and the services provided there (by Love’s Labours Ltd).
